Location: London (Zone 2) - Hybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, after probation & training)

Salary: £28,000 per annum + benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with Italian and Spanish-speaking B2B clients via email and phone

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure accurate export documentation
  • Deliver a professional, first-class customer service experience at all times
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions when required
  • Communicate with sales agents across Italian and Spanish-speaking territories
