Role Overview

We are looking for someone with ITAD sales experience, who is looking to join a growing company with excellent career progression. You will be responsible for selling all aspects of IT asset disposition-from logistics and data destruction to resale, recycling, and reporting. This is a key leadership role, ensuring that the ITAD processes meet the highest standards in data security, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across multiple sectors.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of secure and sustainable IT asset disposition.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to key decision-makers (IT, compliance, procurement).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with data security regulations, ESG goals, and industry best practices.

The Company

Oscar Enterprise are proud to have partnered with a leading provider of network infrastructure, hardware supply, installation, maintenance and IT asset disposition. Their expertise extends to both new and refurbished equipment from leading brands such as Cisco and IBM. Additionally, they provides secure IT equipment relocation services, ensuring minimal downtime during transitions.

Their in-house engineers are trained and qualified to handle complex network installations and provide ongoing support. The company also emphasises sustainability by refurbishing and reselling used network hardware.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with ITAD
