A global insurance company seeks an IT Vice President for Integrated Data Products to lead the development of a modern data platform, driving initiatives across data engineering, governance, and science. The role demands a dynamic leader with expertise in cutting-edge technologies and a commitment to building strong data-driven capabilities across the organization.
Tokio Marine Kiln is searching for an IT Vice President – Integrated Data Products. This role will be employed by Tokio Marine Kiln but will support and report into another Tokio Marine Group subsidiary based in the US, Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS).
We are looking for a dynamic leader to run its newly created Integrated Data Products function. The role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will oversee the Data Engineering, Data Governance & Data Science functions. This role is pivotal to the organization and will focus on creating an advanced business data platform to support our Group Companies in creating modern data products and services, and implementing emerging technologies at scale.
This role will be remote, based in the UK, with occasional travel to the US and London office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks & Fabric. Knowledge of data integration, data as a service, business process management, and application of data in creating advanced data products is required. The candidate will manage a high-profile, motivated team in a hybrid setting, articulating complex technological concepts in business terms and building strong relationships with business leaders, systems integrators, and partners.
