IT User Support Technicians with UK Visa sponsorship

This assistance can be given remotely, via phone, email, in-person, or through other means of communication. These positions are crucial to guaranteeing that IT services are used and run efficiently inside a company.

Principal Duties and Assignments:
  • Offers IT users technical assistance
  • Gives consumers advice on how to fix issues with both software and hardware.
  • Installs and updates operating systems, cables, hardware, and/or relevant software.
  • Makes it easier for users to access systems
  • Directs more difficult or unsolvable issues to the proper IT specialists
  • Examine potential fixes in technical manuals, user manuals, and other publications.
  • Keeps a record of all calls received, work completed, actions performed, and issues found.
  • Reports on frequently asked questions to identify underlying issues.
  • As part of transformation activities, technical solutions were developed to suit business objectives while guaranteeing a smooth interface with current systems.
  • Respond to support requests in person, over the phone, over email, or through remote technologies.
  • Identify and fix technical software and hardware problems.
  • Give users direction and instruction on system features and recommended practices.
  • Install, set up, and troubleshoot printers, mobile devices, laptops, and desktop computers.
  • Assist with corporate applications and resolve software problems.
  • When required, escalate unsolved issues to the appropriate teams or outside vendors.
  • Keep thorough records of user interactions, incidents, and remedies.
  • Assure adherence to security protocols and IT policies.
  • Support the upkeep of system records and asset inventories.
