IT Transformation Manager | Cross Asset Trading | Up to £1,000 per day | Outside IR35 | 6 Months Rolling | Hybrid LDN

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Manager for a cross-asset trading house. As the organisation grows through profitability, acquisitions, and expanding business lines, there is a need for high-level management of business-focused technology streams, which are merging with retail and sales arms. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, demonstrating the ability to handle complex initiatives and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading IT transformation initiatives aligned with business goals, overseeing budgets, engaging stakeholders, tracking performance, managing risks, and ensuring successful project execution. The focus is on transforming IT infrastructure and processes to improve efficiency, agility, and innovation.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in IT transformation, fostering agility, managing cross-functional and global teams, and developing governance frameworks compliant with policies and regulations.

Contract details:

• Duration: 6-month rolling contract
• Rate: Up to £1,000 per day, Outside IR35
• Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Central London)
