As an IT Transformation and Sourcing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to help our clients solve complex issues by:

• Designing sourcing strategies that balance internal and external IT and Business Process services for future-ready capabilities
• Shaping and delivering sourcing solutions, business cases, and contracts that deliver sustainable benefits, engaging leading market suppliers
• Developing global operating and delivery models that utilize modern, digital ways of working
• Leading complex transition programs to transform IT and business services, building new organizations, cultures, and transitioning services to new delivery models

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sourcing and Transformation within an IT/digital setting
• Preference for previous consultancy experience
• Experience in bid and proposal development (desirable but not essential)
• Broad knowledge of technology services marketplace, including cloud, SaaS, AI solutions
• Ability to define business and IT services, requirements, and SLAs
• Experience across the outsourcing lifecycle: strategy, delivery, transition, optimization, and remediation
• Experience shaping procurement strategies and commercial solutions
• Expertise in technology delivery disciplines such as IT strategy, service management, agile delivery, and project management
