Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Technician to install, maintain and diagnose technology across our educational sites. You will visit multiple locations, support staff and classrooms, and ensure systems stay up and running. A driving licence is required for regional site visits.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• iPad support experience, preferably in an educational environment.
• Networking knowledge and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Driving Licence is a requirement to visit sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair IT equipment across sites.
• Provide proactive IT support to staff and classrooms.
• Troubleshoot problems to keep systems running smoothly.
• Travel between sites across the region as required.
