Your role will be to assist our personnel, who are now divided between working from home and our Cambridge studio, as part of our small in-house IT team.
Providing customer-focused first-line help in a Windows environment will be your main duty as an IT technician. In a hybrid work environment, you will reply to customer enquiries, handle Tier 1 helpdesk tickets, and provide IT assistance to our development team. Deploying and maintaining PC hardware and software for employees and new hires will be a major responsibility of yours. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining our studio desktop environment, which includes PCs, printers, development devices, and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
In addition to being exposed to state-of-the-art networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure technologies, you will have the chance to participate in project work with the larger IT team.

A tech enthusiast with a love for customer service and a practical approach to problem-solving. Prior to this, you will have worked in an IT support setting.
Knowledge of maintaining desktop software and hardware in a hybrid or Windows on-premises company setting.
Experience working with customers in a Tier 1 helpdesk.
