We're seeking a motivated IT Technician eager to transition into the exciting world of robotics. Based out of our Lincoln office, this role offers a unique blend of IT software and mechanical tasks, providing a perfect opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for robotic systems, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with mechanical aspects as needed (No prior mechanical experience required).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with robotic technologies.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for occasional weekend support, ensuring uninterrupted operation of robotic systems.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment.
Qualifications
  • Background in IT services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software on computer systems.
  • Enthusiasm for learning mechanical skills and willingness to undergo training in robotic systems (No prior mechanical experience required).
