My client are the Lake Districts leading independent supplier of fresh produce, chilled and frozen food, dry goods, cleaning products and catering accessories. They have been established since 1969, and are now looking for a Product content / IT Technician to join their team based in Embleton, Cumbria. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Design and Marketing Manager.

Position Overview

• Updating, managing and enriching product data across 2 websites on over 20,000 products
• Day to day management of all new and existing products
• Ensuring all product data is set up & maintained
• Support the daily operation on general IT issues including network issues, setting up new employees & assist with system errors
• Maintain ERP Product Data (Name and Description)
• Maintain Marketing data & Technical Information
• Monitor & Maintain product data through Microsoft Excel, Akeneo, Erudus, Bottlebooks & Magento 2
• Assist with contractors on IT Projects
• Be the contact for IT contractors on-site

Position Requirements

• Experience in an IT Support Role
• Networking Experience
• Active Directory & Group Policy Management
• Driving License
• Experience with product data – advantage

Position Remuneration

• Monday to Friday
• Salary: £25,000 – 30,000 Depending on experience
• Pension Scheme
