Job Description:

What you will be doing:

• Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT to a set of schools.
• Participate in larger installations in schools according to documented project plans.
• Provide reactive IT support including telephone, remote support, site visits, and hardware quotations.
• Research and document development projects and procedures aligned with strategic business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Strong customer service skills
• An interest in IT and a career in this field
• IT qualification (e.g., GCSE/A Level) preferred but not essential
• Willing to work term time only
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
