A growing technology recruitment firm in Exeter is seeking an IT Technician to support colleagues with technical issues. The role includes leading the Service Desk and utilizing ITIL processes to resolve incidents. Previous experience as an IT Technician and working with Windows systems is required. This position offers hybrid working, a solid pension, and generous annual leave.

Opus are supporting a long standing client in their search for an IT technician as they are growing their Support teams.
This company are within the Utilities space and are growing at a very quick pace!
You will be at the forefront of supporting colleagues with various technical issues and troubleshoot and escalate where necessary.
As a IT Technician you will be utilising ITIL management processes to track and priorities tickets, resolve incidents and requests with agreed SLA’s and play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, providing first-line IT support.
Experience needed –
If you hold any certifications like ITIL this will put you in a strong position.
