Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an IT Technician in Weston-super-Mare to provide support for internal users on IT issues, including Windows and Office365 environments. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for IT queries and assisting users both remotely and face to face. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a good understanding of Active Directory. This position offers career progression and a pension.

  • Experience with Office365 applications and environment.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server.
  • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join an organisation based in Weston super mare. This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite. You\'ll be assisting users via the telephone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs.
