Are you an experienced IT Technician? Is it time for a new and exciting challenge? If so, we have the role for you!

Here at GXO, we have a new opportunity available for an IT Technician to join our team, working at one of our busy shared user sites in Northampton. You will ensure that the systems (hardware & software) are running smoothly and resolve any issues promptly.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 4 on 4 off, covering 7am-7pm.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  • Maintain the physical appearance and safety of the working environment
  • Ensure all activities have a fit-for-purpose SOP and pursue waste elimination through continuous improvement tools and techniques
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to monitor, control, and improve performance
  • Review and improve IT-related processes, ensuring documentation is up-to-date
