IT Technician
London, Full Time, Permanent
Salary between £30,000 - £34,000 DOE

Our well-established client is looking for a London based IT Technician to join their growing team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. You will deliver exceptional IT support by visiting and supporting customers in London and surrounding areas.

THE ROLE

As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Act as the point of contact for customer escalations ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual requirements
- Provide first-class support engaging regularly with every customer
- Establish a register of all customers, support required, products supplied, future plans and development
- Engage with customers to provide more supportable products
- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients keeping them updated
- Adhere to Service Level Agreement targets
- Ensure all customers are up to date with relevant licenses and assets accordingly
- Travel in and around London as required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal IT Technician will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop platforms in particular Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and Windows 10 / 11
- Microsoft Active Directory including items such as 365 directory Sync
- Microsoft Office applications (2016, 2019, 365)
- Office 365 Administration (user creation, mail forwarding and the like)
- Connectivity and configuration thereof, including routers, firewalls, switches
- Appreciation of data backup principles and security
- The ability to think logically and troubleshoot, seeing issues through to completion
- A polite and patient nature with clients and co-workers always
