Reporting to: Site IT Manager

About This Role:

As an IT Technician, you'll be an essential part of the Digital Workplace Team, providing first-line support to ensure the smooth operation of the site. You'll work directly with internal users to resolve everyday tech issues and develop skills for more advanced challenges. Whether you've built PCs at home, helped friends troubleshoot, or volunteered in tech support, this is your chance to turn your passion into a career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing high-quality support that meets user needs and builds trust across the company.
