Job description

Location: Clyde Faslane


Responsibilities:
  1. Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub (and surrounding spokes) ensuring appropriate updates and call management to maintain Service levels as per contract.
  2. Hub Stock management including asset management of kit in/out (Scan items in/out of locations) as per contract.
  3. Effective Management of disposals that go through their Hub as per contract.
  4. Triage and perform hardware repairs of 'in Warranty kit' and liaise with vendors for parts and returns as per contract.
  5. Locker replenishments where appropriate as per contract.
  6. Highlight potential issues with service/potential service improvements to their Team Leader.

Essentials:
  1. Must have SC clearance / or be able to gain this.
  2. UK National with a UK passport.
  3. Must join the OOH rota and standby.
  4. Must have a full clean driving licence.
  5. 2 year+ experience in a PC field service environment or PC field Workshop environment.
  6. Hardware - Diagnose, troubleshoot, support & repair (including complex laptop break/fix repairs).
  7. Accredited or willing to go through HP & Dell - Desktop and Laptop training.
