A well-established IT firm is seeking a motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage and support IT hardware and networks, provide remote support, and deliver exceptional technical assistance to SME clients. Candidates should have a clean driving license and at least two years of IT support experience. This role offers a Monday to Friday workweek and various additional benefits, including extra paid holidays and gym support.

My client is a well-established IT firm that offers highly effective, reliable, and affordable IT solutions for businesses across the UK. Since 2002, they have been providing these services. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Hampshire.

The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience working in an IT Technician role and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Requirements:
  • Manage and support SME clients' IT hardware & networks
  • Attend client sites within Hampshire, Sussex & Surrey (Pool car provided)
  • Provide remote and telephone-based support
  • Build rapport with existing and new clients
  • Deliver first-class technical support to client accounts at all times
  • Stay updated with new technology and knowledge
Additional Requirements:
  • Clean Driving License – Essential
  • Ideally 2+ years experience in an IT Support role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 to date (Mac & Citrix preferred)
  • Able to work effectively within a team of 8
  • Experience supporting IT networks and diverse client accounts
