IT Technician : Bournemouth : GBP24,000-26,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of expansion. This role involves assisting internal users with their IT issues, including support for Microsoft and Application suite products. You will assist users via telephone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support queries
  • Provide remote or face-to-face support, including deskside assistance when needed
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to escalate and resolve tickets
  • Research and document solutions in the company's knowledge base
