Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join an organisation based in Bath. This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite. You'll be assisting users via the telephone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Technician:
