As the organisation undergoes a significant digital transformation, this role will be central to ensuring employees across the business extract maximum value from new tools, systems, and platforms.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, shaping how technical knowledge is delivered and consumed across the UK and Europe, and supporting learning globally through innovative training approaches. Based in Warrington, with travel to other locations as needed, this is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in the implementation of enterprise-level solutions.
You’ll be designing, developing, and delivering high-impact technical training programmes in a variety of formats—virtual, in-person, and digital. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to craft tailored learning experiences, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned to business goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
