IT Technical Services Analyst — Belfast | 12 month Fixed-Term

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Services Analyst to play a key role in managing and evolving our clients hybrid infrastructure. If you're passionate about cloud, security, and automation, this is a chance to work with a forward-thinking team driving innovation across the business.

Day-to-day

• Manage and support cloud services, VMware environments, and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Maintain and strengthen security through patching, vulnerability management, and BCDR protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and application issues, documenting solutions.
• Oversee core services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
• Support SaaS/PaaS deployments, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Take part in on-call support for critical issues.

Experience

• Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, or DevOps.
• Expertise in Windows Server (2016-2022), Azure, and Entra ID.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security best practices (CIS, ISO27001).
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, monitoring, and cybersecurity products.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• ITIL knowledge or certification (foundation level).

Nice to have

Terraform/IaC experience, Azure tools (AKS, Functions), Intune or MDM, Dynamics AX, and networking (F5, firewalls, switches, routers).
