We are recruiting for an IT Techbar Engineer on a contract basis to work for a global telecommunication organization based in Belfast.

Job Description

1. Technical Familiarity: Familiar with today's workplace technologies such as Windows 7/10, Office Suite, Teams, VPNs, BYOD, and OneNote.
2. Support Skills: Willing to learn and support bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA): Experienced with working to SLAs.
4. Request/Incident Logging: Familiar with logging requests and incidents as they come in, using ServiceNow.
