Social Network Platform - Network Specialist Role

A great opportunity for an experienced Network Specialist, well-versed in maintenance, troubleshooting, and all aspects of supporting a network environment! Drawing upon your technical and people skills, you'll be supporting end users across the organization.

The role:

1. Maintain and monitor network performance
2. Highlight and implement improvements
3. Provide technical support for all users
4. Prioritize system security, performance, and availability
5. Diagnose issues across network, servers, hardware, and software
6. Implement robust security measures
7. Configure and deploy IT systems and install software
8. Carry out project work and collaborate with colleagues
9. Work with the IT Manager to create yearly budgets and costings
10. This role is mainly site-based

Experience required to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a network-focused role
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and network environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-starter with effective workload prioritization
