Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an IT Systems Manager to own onsite IT operations in London, driving improvements across infrastructure, security and cloud technologies. You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint to support the London office and broader firm.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite IT support for a busy office environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint.
• Ability to lead IT operations, security and cloud-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of onsite IT support and resolving complex hardware, software, networking and meeting room issues.
• Managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user access and endpoint configuration.
• Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, device deployment and IT asset management.
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades, technical projects and wider improvements across the business.
