This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, supporting a broad range of systems and infrastructure from software development to network security.

Key Responsibilities

Bespoke Software Development Propose and implement improvements aligned with business needs.

Third-Party Software & Systems Install, configure, and upgrade third-party software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Document procedures and suggest enhancements to existing tools and processes.

User Support Respond to internal user enquiries on bespoke and packaged software. Support users with enhancements and troubleshooting.

Cybersecurity & Firewalls Maintain and configure IT security, including firewalls. Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen security protocols. Remove legacy or unused programs and data.

Infrastructure & Network Support Install, configure and maintain servers, PCs, printers, and network components (LAN/WAN). Recommend improvements to communication and hardware systems. Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes.

Web & Online Services Ensure proper operation of websites and digital dealer systems. Monitor website traffic and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and search engine visibility
