What’s the opportunity?

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Security team, supporting employees across our UK offices, Europe, USA, and ANZ regions, enabling our mission to keep children safe worldwide.

Here's How You'll Do It:

• Provide support to users both in-person and remotely.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding of staff and contractors, including hardware and IT inductions.
• Support a variety of technologies including laptops, conferencing solutions, networks, asset registers, and VOIP.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at system upgrades, replacements, and improvements.
• Maintain and enhance security standards, supporting issue remediation.
• Support an on-call roster.
• Promote good cybersecurity practices.
• Continuously learn and improve processes and skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and take accountability for individual tasks.

What will you bring?

• Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration and cloud directories.
• Experience managing physical and virtual servers.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, documentation, collaboration tools, password managers, and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux desktop OS.
• Networking experience including wireless, switches, firewalls, routers.
• Experience with Aruba, HP, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti is advantageous.
• Support for enterprise security technologies like SSO, EDR, spam filtering, and phishing controls.
• Crowdstrike, JumpCloud experience is advantageous.
• Experience with MDM solutions and security controls.
