Shifts: 9am to 6pm (M-F).

Overview

Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an IT Systems Engineer to contribute to the operation of their client\'s IT services. They\'re looking for a senior head, and someone with expertise in email support and conditional access policies.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you\'ll resolve escalated tickets for their clients\' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc, and helping with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets for clients\' IT infrastructure including Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, and WiFi.
• Provide support for cloud services (M365/Azure) and assist with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades.
• Specialize in email support and conditional access policies.
