Great opportunity to join an IT consultancy firm’s Service Desk Team, where you will work alongside your colleagues to provide day-to-day support and administration to the company’s clients and hosted systems, fielding support calls and proactively engaging with client requests.
Applicants should have at least 5 years experience in an IT department or consultancy, with knowledge of basic networking, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server. You’ll need to understand Microsoft Active Directory and ideally have experience with Cloud Service providers. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a can-do approach, with the ability to operate with a degree of autonomy and decision making.
