Job Title: ITSM (Halo) System Administrator

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Established in the 80's, XMA has grown to become one of the top ten largest value-added resellers in the UK. We are looking for a dedicated ITSM (Halo) System Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the ITSM (Halo) system to ensure optimal performance.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
3. Collaborate with IT teams to implement new features and updates.
4. Train users on the ITSM system functionalities.
5. Monitor system performance and report issues to management.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably Halo.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
