We're looking for a hands-on Technical Services Analyst who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and is eager to learn and take on more responsibility. You'll be a key part of our client's core IT function, helping to maintain and improve day-to-day IT operations, while also getting exposure to systems administration and business-critical platforms like NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Help administer and optimise business systems including NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.
Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with third-party vendors and partners to resolve them.
Assist with system configuration, updates, and data integrity projects.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies across platforms.
Get involved in IT and systems projects as we expand and improve our tech stack.
About You:
You've worked in an IT Sys Admin, Technical Support or IT Services Analyst role and want to grow your responsibility.
You're curious, hands-on, and keen to build up your systems and infrastructure knowledge.
You have experience with supporting business applications like NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar ERP/CRM tools is a big plus.
Comfortable supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Windows-based systems.
Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
Exposure to systems administration tasks, networking basics, or IT project work is a bonus.
