The primary focus of this position is in computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, Microsoft Office, and networking support.
This is a first-line support role involving network, hardware, and Microsoft software support. Responsibilities include managing software upgrades, basic PC maintenance, moving and installing PCs, and daily network and server checks.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, problem-solving, well-organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and knowledgeable in Microsoft products. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
