We are seeking a competent and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our amiable and active team as our clientele expands.

Principal Duties
  • Diagnose and fix computers, including laptops and desktops.
  • Upgrade or replace hardware parts, such as power supply, RAM, and SSDs.
  • Install and set up necessary software and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
  • Diagnose and fix problems with peripheral devices, software, and internet access.
  • Offer clients technical assistance via the phone, in person, or through remote access technologies.
  • Install and maintain printers, home routers, and small networks.
  • Keep thorough service logs and documentation for all tasks and repairs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (acceptable from other countries)
  • A minimum of one year of practical IT support experience.
  • Strong familiarity with OS installation, PC hardware, and fundamental networking
  • Outstanding written and vocal communication skills in English
  • Capacity to operate autonomously in a small group setting
