  • The organisation provides education at junior and secondary levels to around 1,000 students.
  • It's a great environment to work in, on an impressive campus, with the chance to collaborate with an established Technology team and gain hands-on experience.

Job Description

  • You will provide first and second line IT support to students and staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • The environment includes Microsoft and Mac technologies, focusing on Office365 and Apple hardware like iPads and iPhones.
  • You will assist in managing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • While support is primary, you'll also work on projects and new IT solutions with the wider team.
  • You will interact with end users, deliver training, and create guides as needed.
  • The role is site-based, requiring travel to Worcester five days a week.

The Successful Applicant

You should have at least 1 year of experience with some of the following:

  • Windows 10/11
  • Office365
  • Apple Mac troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
  • Basic server management

Additionally, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies
