Job Description
- You will provide first and second line IT support to students and staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- The environment includes Microsoft and Mac technologies, focusing on Office365 and Apple hardware like iPads and iPhones.
- You will assist in managing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- While support is primary, you'll also work on projects and new IT solutions with the wider team.
- You will interact with end users, deliver training, and create guides as needed.
- The role is site-based, requiring travel to Worcester five days a week.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 1 year of experience with some of the following:
- Windows 10/11
- Office365
- Apple Mac troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- Basic server management
Additionally, you will need:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies
