• Report to the IT Manager at your site and work closely with the business, colleagues, and remote support teams.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure elements.
• Represent the ‘face of IT’ to the Business and provide world-class service to our customers.

Team Overview:

The IT Operation team supports IT Infrastructure at Amazon sites and provides IT support to our customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Customer-focused support ensuring IT equipment and infrastructure perform optimally.
• Meet departmental KPIs and SLAs across sites.
• Ownership of health & safety, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
• Installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment.
• Asset and inventory management, liaising with vendors and external suppliers.
• Maximize availability through proactive maintenance.
• Support site and team projects, conduct equipment trials, and assist senior engineers.
• Work in shifts, including weekends, with occasional schedule changes.

Certifications and Experience:

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or other relevant certifications. Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
