Job description

Working on a busy IT help desk, your daily duties would include:

  • Take support calls from clients and input these into our ticketing system ready to be assigned to engineers.
  • Raise support tickets and progress to fixing issues as you learn the skills.
  • Manage Office 365 requests like new user setups and calendar permissions.
  • Perform first-line fixes where possible, including password resets, software updates, and new user setups.
  • Liaise with senior engineers.

You will also be helping to set up new equipment for clients, including setting up laptops, tablets, and PCs.

Finally, you will get the opportunity to assist with some project work at times, which can include onsite work at the client's premises.
