KEY DUTIES

1. Repairing IT hardware, reinstalling operating systems and software. The role involves hardware tasks, including dealing with new equipment, preparing it for installations, upgrading components, and installing new software versions.
2. Problem solving on IT-related incidents and problems. As a helpdesk engineer, assisting customers in resolving IT incidents remotely is a primary function.
3. Commissioning of IT and associated equipment. You will be involved in installing new IT equipment and may need to travel to customer sites.
