Job description

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Please note - although the role is based at our Knightstone Campus, a full, clean driving licence is a requirement for this role as you will be required to drive college vehicles to other campuses.

Day to day duties of the role

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.

  • Lead by example by strictly following all IT security best practices to show and support all staff.

  • End user account creation and management.

  • Administration of end user services within 365.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.

  • 5 years' experience of providing excellent customer service and IT second support within a technical IT related role.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience of administering User and Computer accounts within Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, or Manage Engine.
