We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to be the go-to person for all things tech. From setting up new hardware to troubleshooting issues and safeguarding our systems, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support—resolving issues with confidence and care.
  • Provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Commission and decommission laptops, peripherals, and other devices.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and user accounts.
  • Investigate and escalate potential cybersecurity incidents.
  • Support remote teams and locations when needed.
  • Champion compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in first-line IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • A keen eye for cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and user account administration.
