IT Support Technician

The role

The MBA is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our small, dynamic team. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide front-line support to our staff, manage and deploy IT equipment, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations across our systems. You should have solid troubleshooting skills, experience in Windows and Microsoft 365, and a knack for clear communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative environment where your ideas and input will be valued.

Essential experience:

1. Experience in IT support, with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user issues.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra user account management.
3. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., IP, DNS, DHCP).
4. Confident deploying and maintaining IT equipment and peripherals.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to support end users.
6. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to document support activities accurately.
