Overview

IT Support Technician

Salary: £29,346 - £31,074 + Excellent Benefits

Location: Croydon / Field based. You will support 7 schools / academies in the Croydon / South London area. You will be permanently based at one site, but travel to multiple sites will be required owing to project work. This is a large, dynamic multi-academy trust with growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support across seven schools / academies within the trust.
  • Be based at one site while travelling to other sites as required for project work and deployment.
  • Join and contribute to a growing IT team supporting a wide range of technologies and learners.
Qualifications
  • Previous IT Support experience.
  • IT qualifications such as Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCP, MCDST, MCSA) are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and related technologies.
  • Experience or genuine interest in Apple Macs and MDMs is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally a driver with own vehicle or willingness to use public transport to travel to sites across Surrey and South London.
Employment Details
  • Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
