IT Support Technician
I am recruiting on behalf of my client, for an IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing remote and onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support to their users.
Skills required:
- DNS / DHCP
- Routing & Switching
- Office 365
- Active Directory (Assign/Create Groups)
- Local backups
- Exchange online
- Windows OS
- Computer Hardware
- Troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Supporting users within the business via phone and email
- Be the first point of contact within the business
- Troubleshooting any Hardware and Software issues
- Setting up new starters and removing leavers
- Installing and configuring any Software
