The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our clients and internal systems. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

·Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users

·Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

·Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
