We have partnered exclusively with a well-known brand to recruit for an IT Support Technician on a permanent basis, paying up to £35,000. Our client is based in North Wiltshire with an established IT team where you will be acting as the main point of contact for all IT queries from their internal users. This role is based onsite with occasional remote days.

Main responsibilities include:

• Delivering 1st and 2nd line support across a variety of IT and ERP systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and Microsoft applications
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for IT equipment
• IT procurement
• Create and maintain documentation to support all IT processes
• Support on internal IT projects

Skills and experience:

• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Understanding of LAN, network maintenance and configuration
• Previous experience in a Desktop Support role, ability to resolve IT queries

• Salary up to £35,000
