Overview

IT support technician - MSP | Up to 30k | Working from home with client visits | Devon

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day IT support for clients, remotely and on site when needed.
• Answer and triage calls, adhere to SLA, manage time effectively, and escalate when necessary.
• Provide customer updates and ensure customer satisfaction, and update documentation as necessary.
• Work with third party vendors when necessary.
• Involved with hardware builds.

• Great communicator
• Ideally experience in an MSP or supporting lots of external end users.
• Driver's license
• Microsoft 365 - Azure / Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office
• Internet support - diagnostic, installation etc.
• Hardware support - including printers, laptop
• Various OS support - Windows, MacOS
• Group Policy
• DHCP, DNS
• Desirable: Remote monitoring and Management tools - DATTO
• Virtual Environments - Hyper-V, VMWare
• Networking experience - modems, routers and switches
• Data Storage - RAID, NAS etc.
• Right to work in the UK, valid UK driving license, and access to a vehicle.
• DBS check required
