  • Provide support to first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Log and track support requests, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols in all activities.


The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support Technician must have:

  • New starter creation within Hybrid Exchange
  • MS Office troubleshooting
  • Intune device and user management
  • Desk support
  • MS Teams meeting room support (Yealink and Creston devices)
  • Laptop build through autopilot




A successful Junior IT Support Technician should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technology trends.
  • Less than 3 years experience
