Tallis Amos Group are in growth and as we expand, we need help to support internal customers in all areas of the business. We are looking to hire an IT support specialist to provide technical expertise related to computer & phone systems, hardware, software and networks in our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems for users
  • Setting up new hardware and software, configuring systems, and ensuring proper functionality.
  • Performing routine maintenance on hardware and software
  • Providing technical assistance to users, often through direct communication, via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Monitoring computer systems and networks for issues and taking proactive steps to prevent problems.
  • Ensuring the security and privacy of networks and computer systems, including user authorization and firewall management.
  • Effectively communicating technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Working in partnership with the IT managed service provider
