IT Support Specialist required. Our client is the leading provider of outside broadcasting, fixed rig, remote production and media workflow solutions. With over 30 years of experience serving the broadcast and live events industry, they deliver the highly quality content with credits including The Championships at Wimbledon, The Premier League, British Horse Racing, Big Brother, Love Island and the award-winning channel 4 ‘Educating..’ series.

This is an exciting opportunity to continue your career in a growing IT department within the global leading outside broadcasting company. You will be helping the IT infrastructure and employee-related IT Support cases for all of NEP offices and employees.

Position Responsibilities

  • Operate & maintain all corporate computer systems and cloud environment
  • Perform systems and security monitoring
  • Regular data and operating system backups, patches and software updates
  • Configure, deploy and maintain local and remote IT equipment
  • Assist deployments of new hardware and software solutions
  • Assist with the planning, documentation and execution of IT projects
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees
  • Ensure IT tasks are completed within the SLA

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in an IT Support role
  • Microsoft, Adobe knowledge
  • Citrix knowledge – not essential
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • LAN/WAN Technologies
  • Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge
  • VoIP Management and Apple MAC OS is a bonus
  • Able to use own initiative and deliver superior service

Position Remuneration

  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary £30,000 – 35,000 DOE
