Maintain accurate documentation across client environments, including infrastructure maps, credentials, and support procedures.
Liaise directly with client contacts to provide clear, professional updates and advice on technical matters.
Contribute to larger infrastructure and upgrade projects, assisting senior engineers on planning, implementation, and support phases.
Stay current with evolving technologies and security best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally within an MSP or multi-client setting.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, switching).
Exposure to remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, ticketing systems, and asset management platforms.
Experience configuring printers, routers, and mobile device management tools is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and helpful manner when interacting with clients.
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable but not essential.
What You'll Gain
Competitive salary up to £40,000 based on experience
1 day per week working from home
Opportunities to work on diverse technologies across multiple sectors
A supportive, team-driven environment that invests in ongoing development
Career progression opportunities into senior technical roles or specialist areas
