This part-time on-site role involves managing the IT Service Catalogue, ensuring accurate information, and assisting with procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have GCSE-level education, experience in an IT office environment, and strong attention to detail.

Location: Ipswich (on-site, 5 days per week)
Contract: 12 months
Hours: 25 hours per week (ideally 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday)
Rate: £18.92/hour Umbrella
IR35: Inside IR35
Start date: Early September
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised IT Service Catalogue & Procurement Assistant to join an established IT Operations team. This is a part-time role based on-site in Ipswich, supporting the smooth delivery of IT goods and services across the organisation.
You will play a key part in managing the IT Service Catalogue – the list of standard equipment and repeatable IT services available to staff – and supporting colleagues with procurement processes. Your work will help ensure that staff have the right technology in place to deliver excellent services.
